Conditions
Kindly note that registration for a particular program cannot be considered guaranteed until & unless:
(a.) Full payment of the Program Charges is made within two (2) Days of the Registration and in any case before the program start date.
(b.) The candidate must have an explicit acknowledgement by a ProThoughts employee, via Email.
(c.) A cheque should be made in favour of “ProThoughts Solutions LLP” payable in Mumbai.
(d.) In case, you have chosen to pay by Cheque – Your Seat would be confirmed only upon successful realization of the Cheque i.e. when your Cheque/ OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT is cleared and we receive your funds in our account.
(e.) If a Cheque is returned for insufficient funds, we will allow Two (2) Business days for you to make full payment. An additional fee of INR 500/- will be charged for each returned Cheque.
(f.) Lack of payment for any reason whatsoever may result in collection proceedings and we reserve the right to notify about Course Transcript or Certificate has been suspended due to non-payment.
(g.) The Program Charges cover the registration/participation charges, and all other Program Deliverables in addition to snacks/lunch during Four (4)/ Nine (9) Days OR depending on the days of the Training Program.
(h.) Contact Hours/PDU's certificate will be issued once we receive the full payment.
(i) No refunds will be processed if the person pays the initial booking amount without informing the consultant.
(j).If a candidate uses any payment method other than those provided on our website, they are assumed to have accepted our payment terms and conditions.
**Access to the online training study materials for the course you have opted for will be given through our Prothoughts learning portal. The course materials to which you are opted for on the portal will be provided in view-only mode and you cannot download it (only required document will be given access to download); as per the company policy.
Access to e-learning content on the portal is available for 12 months, while access to recorded videos is limited to 6 months. On a special request we may extend to 2 more months.

Ticket Category for your Registration
PMI applies different pricing structures based on the participant’s geography, including the country from which the participant is attending the training and/or intends to appear for the certification examination. This geographical pricing structure may impact the cost of training materials, student kits, certification-related products, and other services provided through PMI Authorized Training Partners (ATPs).
Accordingly, ProThoughts categorizes participants into the following broad categories:
Participants in India
Participants Outside India
The country and location details provided by you at the time of registration may be shared with PMI as part of the applicable ATP processes. PMI may also verify such information through its various interactions and records.
It is therefore the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding their country/location at the time of registration. In the event that any discrepancy or misrepresentation is identified at a later stage, ProThoughts reserves the right to recover any applicable difference in training fees, materials, or other related costs arising from the incorrect categorization.
The participant may also be subject to any additional action or requirements that PMI may determine applicable under its policies and guidelines.
PUBLIC – CLASSROOM & VIRTUAL TRAINING (PAID PARTICIPANT):
This will include registrant application to any of ProThoughts scheduled public classes, and where the registrant has already paid for the class. The below T&C would not apply to registrants signing up by way of a Purchase Order. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES DONE BY CANDIDATE
Cancellation after Booking
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the date and time of payment/booking will not be eligible for a refund. As a goodwill gesture, ProThoughts may, at its sole discretion, allow 50% of the amount paid to be adjusted against a future training program, provided the future training is attended within one year from the date of cancellation."
Cancellation Close to Training Date
Cancellation requests received within 3 calendar days prior to the scheduled training date, will not be eligible for a refund or any credit/adjustment towards a future training program."
Cancellation After Rescheduling
Once a candidate has rescheduled a training program, any subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled program will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee, and no refund, credit, or adjustment will be provided.
Candidate's Responsibility
If a candidate is unable to attend a booked training program or certification-related appointment/examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to inform ProThoughts in writing by email at the earliest possible opportunity. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling will remain subject to the applicable terms and conditions stated above.
Subject to Availability
All rescheduling requests are subject to batch availability and ProThoughts’ confirmation. Rescheduling does not guarantee availability of the same trainer, batch timing, location, or delivery format.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY INSTITUTE
ProThoughts reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a training program due to circumstances such as instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, technical issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, ProThoughts will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative training date.
Any refunds if applicatble will be processed within 15 business days from the scheduled program end date.
100% Pass – Money Back Guarantee Terms
If you are unable to clear the Certification Examination on your first attempt, ProThoughts will:
a) Refund the Training Fee, after deducting the applicable charges towards study materials and administrative expenses.
b) Analyze your examination results and identify areas requiring improvement.
c) Provide web-based and/or telephone-based coaching to support your preparation for the Certification Examination.
Pre-Condition
To be eligible for the 100% Pass – Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be fulfilled:
Examination Timeline: You must appear for the Certification Examination within 45 days from the last day of the training session.
Full Training Attendance: You must complete the entire training program as per the scheduled dates without interruption. If you are unable to attend the complete 2/4/6/8-day training program continuously as scheduled, the 100% Pass – Money-Back Guarantee will become null and void.
Mock Examination Requirement: You must attempt all online mock examinations provided by ProThoughts and have your results reviewed by the ProThoughts team before appearing for the Certification Examination.
Compliance with Preparation Requirements: You must follow the preparation guidance and recommendations provided by the ProThoughts team during the training and examination preparation period.
Important: The Money-Back Guarantee is applicable only when all the above pre-conditions are fully met.
Additional condition:
- Hard Copy Materials: If a candidate requests a hard copy of the training materials on demand, the applicable courier and delivery charges will be borne by the candidate.
- Contact Hour Certificate: The Contact Hour Certificate will be kept on hold and will not be issued until the candidate has successfully completed the scheduled training program in full.

Certification Examination Disclaimer
ProThoughts Solutions LLP provides training and examination preparation services. Certification eligibility, application approval, examination scheduling, examination results, and certification issuance are determined solely by the respective certification body, such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), and are subject to its policies, eligibility requirements, rules, and procedures.
Enrollment in a ProThoughts training program does not guarantee approval of a candidate's certification application, eligibility to appear for the examination, passing of the examination, or award of the certification, except where expressly covered under a specific ProThoughts guarantee and subject to all applicable terms and conditions.
